# Troubleshoot Common iStudix Problems: Sign-In, Uploads, More

> Fix common iStudix problems: can't sign in, the site won't load, uploads fail or get stuck, invitation emails don't arrive, or the AI assistant is slow.

Most iStudix problems are solved by refreshing the page, checking your internet connection, and making sure you're using [**www.istudix.app**](http://www.istudix.app). Find your symptom below for specific fixes.

    Make sure you typed the full address with `www`: [https://www.istudix.app/](https://www.istudix.app/). Then refresh the page, or try a different browser.

  <Accordion title="I can't sign in">
    Check that you're using the same sign-in method and email you used to sign up. Clear your browser cache or try a private window. If you still can't sign in, contact support.

  <Accordion title="My upload failed or is stuck">
    Check your connection and confirm the file opens on your device. Try uploading again, and for large files allow extra time to process. See [Upload your study materials](/using-istudix/upload-materials).

  <Accordion title="I didn't receive an invitation email">
    Check your spam or junk folder. Ask the sender to confirm your email address and resend it. See [Invitations](/account/invitations).

    Make sure your material finished processing. Ask specific questions, and keep related materials in the same [notebook](/using-istudix/notebooks).
